Glass that practically cleans itself (with a little help from the sun!) Neat™ from Cardinal, is a coating applied to LoE IG units that harnesses the UV rays of the sun and chemically reacts to organic materials (dirt) that collect on the glass. When it rains, the decomposed dirt no longer clings to the glass, rinsing away! Neat glass is ultra smooth allowing water to sheet off and evaporate reducing water spots. The process used also provides higher visible light and lower reflectance than competitors - bright & clean!

That is why we offer Preserve™, from Cardinal. Preserve™ is a protective film applied to the glass that gets in the way of all the “stuff” that can happen on the job site. From drywall, to painting, to just stuff, Preserve™ makes cleaning up easy on the windows. Just peel it off. Even ghosting from window labels is no longer an issue.

With the lowest failure rate in the industry, XL Edge™ is a warm edge, stainless steel spacer featuring air tight bent corners and dual seal construction. The insulating capability of XL Edge™ improves a windows U-factor, making it more energy efficient allowing more options & configurations in Mercer Window offerings.
