Our lowest profile window, designed for a variety of new or replacement applications. Contemporary in their form and function, 800 Series windows are an excellent choice when replacing aluminum windows. They offer a maximum amount of glass area within a slim compact frame.

FRAME HARDWARE

Frames	The 800 series is designed in a variety of frame structures to maximize window efficiency and ease of instalation for different types of structures, installations and applications. Replacement windows are easy to configure, with many styles to choose from. Many can be inset into the frame of an existing window without disturbing the stucco or siding.
	Standard nail fin slider window for new construction. Fin is 1-1/4” long and is set back 1-3/8” from exterior face. Distance from edge of frame to vent glass is 2-5/8”.         Standard nail fin picture window for new construction. Fin is 1-1/4” long and is set back 1-5/16” from exterior face. Provides 7/8” wide pocket for enclosing edges of vinyl siding.         Stucco fin slider window can be inset into frame of an existing window as a replacement without disturbing stucco or siding. Hardware	The 800 Series comes standard with a spring loaded cam latch and keeper with heavy duty reinforcement. When latch lever is open, you can easily see the window is unlocked. The Mercer Crescent Latch is optional with the 800 Series.
	Locks are double-screw anchored to heavy reinforcement inside both center rails. Windows meet or exceed strict forced entry resistance testing. Download PDF Detail Drawing               The Mercer Crescent latch automatically locks when vent is closed. Two-position spring-loaded handle holds down when the lock is disengaged, pops back up when the lock is engaged, and confirms visually when the window is locked. Standard on Series 810, 800-CAL, 820. Optional on Series 800
