810 series windows are designed for the view, with equal glass sightlines which present a balanced look between window vents. Available as custom picture windows, sliders, single hung windows or in combinations.They include all of the engineering, strength and efficiency of the 800 series with these added features:

•  Improved thermal performance adding extra comfort and savings.

•  Equal glass sightlines, for optimum grid pattern alignment.

•  Standard Mercer Crescent latch, which automatically locks when the vent is closed.

• Available as standard nail fin, stucco fin or Artisan™ fin frames with extra rigidity. The stucco fin shown to the left, can be inset into the frame of an existing window as a replacement, without disturbing stucco or siding.

FRAME HARDWARE

Frames	The 810 series is designed in a variety of frame and fin structures to maximize window efficiency and ease of installations for different types of structures, installations and applications. Replacement windows are easy to configure, with many styles to choose from. Many can be inset into the frame of an existing window without disturbing the stucco or siding.
	Standard nail fin slider window for new construction. Fin is 1-1/4” long and is set back 1-3/8” from exterior face. Distance from edge of frame to vent glass is 2-5/8”. Hardware	The 810 Series comes standard with crescent lock. When latch lever is open, you can easily see the window is unlocked. The Mercer Crescent Latch is optional with the 810 Series.
	The Mercer Crescent latch automatically locks when vent is closed. Two-position spring-loaded handle holds down when the lock is disengaged, pops back up when the lock is engaged, and confirms visually when the window is locked. Standard on Series 810, 800-CAL, 820. Optional on Series 800
